Because there are No Silly Prayers that we can't go to Him and ask for His guidance in life. Johnson & Associates, Certified Real Estate Appraisers, began in 1988 incorporating over 26 years of experience with major emphasis in single family residential appraisals. Appraising capabilities have been in the area of both existing and proposed residential detached/attached properties, custom dwellings, rural ranchettes, land, condominiums as well as small income properties. We began reviewing retro appraisals for Collateral and REO/foreclosures in 2007. To have served this industry for almost four decades, we have learned to adapt to the challenges, continue to educate ourselves yearly and be positive thinkers!
